In the Mediterranean Corinthian countryside in moderate height, our olive trees grow as the time passes… The adjacency to the pine forest, the sea breeze, the life-giving sun, offer to our farm and its products unique characteristics.

Working this fertile land and cultivating these blessed trees, offers us a unique opportunity to be in contact with nature. We cultivate the local variety MANAKI that is considered to be one of the best and most recognizable Greek olive oil varieties, and we produce a monovarietal olive oil. Its characteristics are the very rich yet mild flavour.

Our products are named after some of the birds that find refuge in our olive grove. One of them, a cute Eurasian scops owl (Otus scops) we found nesting outside the little stone hut in our farm, was our source of inspiration.

Our olive oil is produced through the collective endeavour of people who put their efforts, their talent and passion in it. We hope that when you see it in the bottle and taste it, you will experience the same feelings we felt while taking care of our olive trees and harvesting their fruit.
